About This Route

Der alte Nonnenpfad zwischen Rieneck und Kloster Schönau fordert alles: ein harter, steiler Aufstieg, der uns umgehend mit einer anspruchsvollen Abfahrt entschädigt. Vom Kloster Schönau geht es über Wolfsmünster wieder relativ gemäßigt bergan Richtung Langer Markstein. Von dort auf der Hochebene bis zum Hexenbrunn. Auf einem kurzen, dafür steilen Singletrail ins Tal und nochmal hinauf zu einem kurzen Besuch der Ruheichen. Die letzte Abfahrt führt uns bequem ins Sinntal zurück mit Endpunkt Schaippach.
