A very beautiful and interesting cycling ring, a classic for cyclists from Vicenza. Usable all year round, riding it in summer early in the morning or in the evening and in mid-winter during the day, it is an excellent training route for the most demanding leisure cyclists. For the simple bike tourist, it is a satisfying route that offers a sufficiently complete overview of the intricate hilly Berici complex, with breathtaking scenic viewpoints. The clockwise route is more beneficial; the climb to Villabalzana, relatively long, easily pedalable and not hard, is an excellent warm-up after the initial flat kilometers. The descent to Monte Berico is a spectacular finish. The ride is always exciting, a continuous change of pace, a succession of nervous ups and downs. The sparse car traffic is compensated by the heavy flow of cyclists, especially on Sunday mornings. Numerous rest spots along the way, a series of agritourisms, taverns, bars, and various small restaurants. The ring also lends itself to numerous variants, especially for those who do not start from the city of Vicenza.
