Day bike trip to explore the places northeast of Maniago, a 60 km rolling route on paved roads with moderate difficulty.The route winds through valleys, lakes, and rivers with beautiful panoramic views of our mountains and plains. After cycling for a few kilometers from the start, we travel through the val Colvera where we can see the 'Bus del Colvera' carved into the rocks by the force of the water from the eponymous torrent.We continue along the torrent until we reach the road to Navarons, a village situated on the banks of the Meduna River among green mountains. We proceed to Lake Redona where we will take a technical and refreshment break. Following the lakeside, we arrive at the fork for Campone; following the slightly uphill road, we will reach the mountain prize of 670 m/slm near the Grottos of Pradis.We continue to Clauzetto (the balcony of Friuli) with a view of the Tagliamento, and after 35 km of pedaling, the Trattoria al Colombin awaits us to enjoy an excellent lunch.After filling our bellies, we resume our journey with a long descent that will take us alongside the torrent Cosa passing through the towns of Castelnuovo, Travesio, Toppo, Cavasso Nuovo, and Fanna; here we will take the new bike path that will lead us to Maniago where we will admire the main square.
