Dillstädt-Bad Königshofen-Dillstädt (Hinweg)

the outbound route started off quite brutally with two 1A ramps in the first 20 km - I had already ridden the Meininger Grund up to the Hexenberg , so I knew I had to pace myself - going down to Untermaßfeld I took the wrong path - the hiking trail with its hairpin bends is only suitable for chamois - at U-feld I considered which path to take to Bauerbach: I have never ridden up the SCHINDGRABEN - almost 2 km and 200 meters of altitude with an ascending ramp - towards the end it became extreme - now the surface was also tough (grass) - until Bauerbach it continued normally - then I went directly up towards Bibra, but as I went down, I continued to Kalten Loch through the forest to Schwickershausen - down at the dam I was already over 500 m of elevation at 29 km and that in Grabfeld (so not mountains or anything) - in Behrungen I decided to go to KÖN, mainly out of hunger - the energy consumption was indeed quite high - the paths along the border are also difficult to ride on - this is not apparent in the altitude profile - only in the speed - so 12.5 km/h is not what one would normally call normal - the rest was then bike path to KÖN.
