Åstveit - Flaktveit - Åstveit

The route starts at the bus pocket by the entrance to Bjørgvin DPS, down to Ervikkrysset at Roalds Kro. Further along, the route goes past the rabbit houses and towards the police station. Before that, you turn left towards Industrihuset. From here, the route continues to Haukedal Transport and up Flaktveitsvingane. Once you've reached the top past Ulvedal Torg, you take a left and go down Flaktveitveien, passing Gullgruven and IKEA, then you go through Horisont and Åsane Senter. The trip then continues past the fire station, before you turn left by Fossekleiva with the Kiwi. At the bottom, there's a 200-meter drop before you're back at the DPS again.

11-kilometer route with 3 hills. Do not ride this route on weekdays/Saturdays as there are many cars out. It's nice to ride late in the evening or on Sundays. A large part of this route is part of the 2012 route from NM.
