Start from the Stary Sącz station - shortly after the cobblestones to the market square, then straight across the bridge over the Dunajec to Gostwica. Here is a combined climb to Wysokie, reached via three steep ramps with breaks. From the plateau, descend to Długołęka and then sharply climb from the back to Zagórów... and then: down at full speed. (The descent is quite dangerous.) Next, jump across the ridge to Łukowica and on to Roztoka, where another crossing over the embankment to Młyńczyska awaits, from where after a steeper finale we reach the road from Zalesie to the Pod Ostra pass. After reaching the saddle - a dynamic descent to Limanowa and return to Tarnów via the Łososina and Dunajec valleys. In Czchów, across the dam to Piaski Drużków, and for dessert a quick climb on Lubinka.
