Circuit du Moulin

The Circuit du Moulin invites cyclists to discover Île Perrot, a haven of green just west of the island of Montreal, both of which are part of the Hochelaga Archipelago. The loop circles the island, offering almost uninterrupted views of the water.

Cyclists will appreciate the wild and winding roads of picturesque Terrasse-Vaudreuil. Equally charming are the open farmlands and green spaces of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot. In the village of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, be sure to take a moment to admire the Sainte-Jeanne-de Chantal church. The enchanting countryside won’t disappoint!

Along the route, you’ll also discover a network of local artisans, agri-businesses, municipal parks, golf courses, marinas and great restaurants. Midway through your ride, you’ll reach the Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park, the pride of the residents of this beautiful island. To benefit from the prevailing winds, we recommend that you cycle in a counterclockwise direction.

Without ever straying far from the shoreline, you’ll ride through both agricultural and urban landscapes. Discover local producers and taste farm-fresh products of the day. Take a break at the Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park and get a glimpse of the past along the banks of Lake Saint-Louis and the St. Lawrence River.
