Originally Pinerolo (and even earlier Sestriere/Briancon), but for car access reasons, Aosta.

Swiss vignette: there is only an annual one for about 180 PLN and the Saint Bernard Tunnel for about 220 PLN round trip, but the tunnel under the pass can be bypassed in summer via the pass and Lake Bernard.
