Bike & Hike: From Venetalm (1,994 m) on foot to Imsterbergjoch (2,207 m)

Route description:

Start from the public parking lot in Wenns, opposite the Hotel Alpina Resort. The first few meters follow the Pitztal Bike Route until the fork towards the district of Farmie.

Continue on the paved road to Larchach, from where you reach a gravel path just below the pastures of Venetalm. From there, a rather rough terrain until reaching Venetalm, where you deserve a nice rest.

Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of Jerzens and the Inn valley. Depending on your mood, you can return the same way to Wenns. Or you can follow the signposted path towards Imsterberg and plan the route as a day trip along the Inn Valley Cycle Path and the Pitztal Bike Route back to Wenns.
