Mit der Bahn von Cham nach Lam. Weiter auf dem Radweg über Schrenkenthal nach Lohberghütte und über Zackermühle, Sommerau zum Nordende des kleinen Arbersees.

Uphill Großer Arber, Downhill Südende kleiner Arbersee.

Dann weiter entlang der Kommunalgrenze auf dem Kamm über den Kleinen Arber, Enzian, Schwarzeck, Ödriegel, Mühlriegel, Eck (mögl. Abbruch, Asphaltstraße nach Kleß, Zugstation), Gr. Riedelstein, Hoher Stein, Mittagstein, Heiglhöhe und Kreuzfelsen, unterm Hirschberg vorbei nach Waid. Von dort abwärts wieder nach Bad Kötzting zum Bahnhof und den Zug wieder nach Cham.
