About this route

Über landschaftlich schöne Strecken geht es vorbei an Gut Marutendorf, dem Ahrensee/Westensee und Achterwehr in Richtung Flemhude Trail. Dieser ist in der Umgebung einer der Spaß-geladensten Trails.
Über Quarnbek, Melsdorf und am Rande von Mettenhof entlang geht es durch einen Wald und über Kiel-Hassee nach Kiel-Russee und zurück zum Eiderbad.
Die Streckenführung vermeidet wo möglich gut befahrene Autostraßen und nutzt viele Schotter- und Waldwege.
Start- und Zielpunkt (Eiderbad) ermöglichen im Anschluß an die Tour eine Erfrischung. </span>
