~ 53km, ~1400mD+. Pentru intrarea in traseu recomand varianta de forestier care porneste din Muscelusa. Varianta din acest traseu pleaca din Lunca Jaristei si are o panta mai abrupta. Pana la lac se merge pe un forestier, prima jumatate pe o panta domoala acumuland cam 400mD+, apoi o panta ceva mai serioasa, acumuland inca cam 600mD+ pana la lac. De la lac se coboara pe o poteca marcata prin padure, prima jumatate fiind destul de tehnica, a doua jumatate - un drum forestier. Ultimii 12km sunt pe sosea si se parcurg foarte repede.
