~ 53km, ~1400mD+. For entering the route, I recommend the forest variant that starts from Muscelusa. The variant of this route departs from Lunca Jaristei and has a steeper incline. Up to the lake, you travel on a forest road, the first half on a gentle slope accumulating about 400mD+, then a slightly more serious slope, accumulating another approximately 600mD+ to the lake. From the lake, you descend on a marked path through the forest, the first half being quite technical, the second half - a forest road. The last 12km are on the road and are covered very quickly.
