Ich bin etwas erstaunt, dass ich wieder bergauf radeln muss, um nach Sargans zurück zu gelangen, aber die Steigung ist recht moderat. Hier stoße ich wieder zum Rhein. Die Hitze macht mir zu schaffen und ich bin froh, daß ich am frühen Nachmittag Chur erreiche. Ich gönne mir ein einfaches Hotel und kann meine durchgeschwitzten Klamotten waschen. Am Abend gehe ich endlich mal wieder gut essen und bummle noch etwas durch die Stadt.
