Departure from Vilanova de Lourenzá heading N634 towards the Lugo coast, specifically Foz. We pass this municipality via its bypass towards Burela, where we enter its main street to descend towards the port and continue along the sea and the beach of A Marosa heading to San Ciprián. In this beautiful town, we turn on the provincial road towards Trasbar to face the first significant climb of the outing. Once we crest and after a short descent, we turn right onto the road from Burela to Rúa, this time towards Rúa, to climb this hill, the second summit of the day. We crest Rúa and enjoy a beautiful and technical descent to Ferreira do Valadouro, where a new climb awaits us, the most significant one, the climb to O Cadramón, the highest altitude of A Mariña with perfect panoramic views. After cresting O Cadramón, we continue the route towards Abadín along the same road, until passing the settlement of Romariz, where we find a junction leading us to Espiñarcao - Estelo and after a nice descent to the city of Mondoñedo, which we leave to our right to return again to Lourenzá.
