Lourenzá - Rábade - Lourenzá

Route starting from Vilanova de Lourenzá with a rather hilly profile. We will head out via the N634a, with a gentle ascent of 3.8 km to Alto de Arroxo, and then continue towards Mondoñedo on the N634, where we’ll find the hardest climb of the day, Alto da Xesta, leading us to Abadín and subsequently to Vilalba, where we leave the N634 to turn towards Rábade on a well-maintained regional road. In Rábade, we divert our route towards Cospeito, on a fairly flat profile of the stage, up to Moncelos, a new junction towards Abadín, with a section of climbs and descents. In Abadín, we return on our tracks to the N634 towards Mondoñedo to descend A Xesta and continue towards Lourenzá.
