Sections 3 and 4 correspond to two segments that connect with the Marginal de la Selva road and lead to the municipal head; roads that show deterioration of the roadway surface or have not addressed critical points, resulting in increased travel times, causing reduced access to products in the affected sectors, as well as traffic congestion and frequent damage to private and public transport vehicles, leading to higher transportation and operation costs for the vehicles. Furthermore, this situation affects the urban landscape, as these are pathways that are being developed for tourism for the municipality, and their poor condition is the main complaint from tourists visiting this region during holiday season.
