Tramo 4: La Montañita-Jordán-Cedro-el Cedrito-Villa Rica del Carmen Parte Alta.

The sections 3 and 4 correspond to two sections that connect with the Marginal de la Selva road and lead to the municipal head; roads that present deterioration of the road surface or where critical points have not been attended to, generating an increase in travel times, causing a decrease in access to products in the affected sectors, as well as roadway congestion and frequent damage to private and public transport vehicles, resulting in higher mobilization and operating costs of the vehicles. On the other hand, this situation affects the urban landscape, as these paths are being shaped touristically for the municipality, and their poor condition is the main complaint from tourists visiting this region during the holiday season.
