Die angeblich "fahrradfreundliche Stadt Hamm ( NRW ) hat wieder alles gegeben um das Radfahren im innerstädtischen Bereich mehr als eine Zumutung zu definieren, als wirklich notwendig.

Die Anordnung der Radwegbenutzungspflicht mit der Verkehrsführung in Richtung Innenstadt führrt über ein Flickwerk an verschiedensten Untergründen. Rissiger Beton/ Asphalt, grobes Pflaster oder Betonplatten sind kennzeichned für die Unebenheiten.
