Girona-El Celré-Font de l'Alau-Girona

This is a route starting from Girona, following the Carrilet trail to Quart to take Mountain Bike Route 3. Then we divert to go via Celré, climb up to the Montnegre Road, and from there proceed to Masmoltalt. We continue to the track that leads to Els Angels until a junction which, passing through Can Viola, takes us to km 8 of the Els Angels Road. Then we descend to the Font de l'Alau and follow the course of the Palagrat stream to the castle of the same name. From there we climb to Cal Dineret, pass Puig Estela, L'olivet d'en Sauleda, Can Pol, and descend to La Crehueta to return back to Girona. The route is 44 km with 1110 m of accumulated elevation gain.
