Teius- Zaries- Capud- Magura Capudului- Petelca- Capud- Teius.

Pe portiunile Teius- podul peste Mures si Petelca- Capud este asfalt in stare buna. Drumul de coasta de la Magura Capudlui pana la Petelca este drum de caruta, se poate parcurge doar cu MTB. Spre Magura Capudului nu este drum vizibil iar pe ultimii metri fiind mai abrubti am fost nevit sa fac push bike.

De pe Magura Capudului am vazut: Sureanu, Cinrel si Fagarasul. A meritat detourul.

La Capud si Petelca se poate trece Muresul cu brudina(barca)
