Italien (Veneto/Emiglia Romagna). Bei der gemütlichen Tour vom Städtchen Porto Tolle im Po-Delta in die Universitätsstadt Ferrara fährst du immer direkt auf dem Damm des Po, ca. fünf Meter über dem Fluss, der hier bis zu einem Kilometer breit ist.
Links siehst du den Po, Flussinseln, Aulandschaften, Vögel und Fischer; rechts ebenes weites Ackerland, urige Dörfer und immer wieder - als besonderen Blickfang - adelige Gutshöfe aus der Barock- und Renaissancezeit.
Tipp für Ferrara: Die Altstadt mit dem Rad auf der Stadtmauer umrunden (9,3 km).
