About this route
Auf am 2. Fahrtag steht eine ruhige, recht flache Etappe an. Dafür werden uns die Farbenspiele des ionischen Meeres sehr beeindrucken. Wir fahren die karstig Küste nach Süden, immer etwas über dem Meer mit schönen Blicken. Am Vormittag gehen wir in Taviano auf den Markt, machen dann am Meer Picknick und legen, wenn es sich anbietet, einen Badestop ein. Am Nachmittag erreichen wir recht streßfrei den südlichsten Punkt in S. Maria di Leuca. Für die Griechen war es der Eingang zur Unterwelt, heute ist es ein recht verschlafenes Küstenstädtchen, wo nicht viel los ist. Und genau so wollen wir das haben.
