You will cross the Champagne vineyards via the Montagne de Reims.

In Épernay, just before the bikeshop Cycles Royer, there is a square where food is available at all hours.

Then, you will resume through the vineyards.

Once at Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the terrain will be flat until Chalon... along agricultural paths.
