中午休息點大武郁昌原汁牛肉麵店湯頭濃鬱，牛肉大塊，入口即化，雖然店面不是多豪華，但是以麵店來講已經很舒服了，老闆娘和店員都很親切像家人一樣。

風行館民宿 JNbnb 台東縣卑南鄉溫泉路192號 08 951 6178 有點意外的訂到了這間民宿，住了一晚後心卻留在這裡了。住的是設備簡單卻齊全的四人背包房，每個細節都有老闆和老闆娘用心經營的痕跡，非常乾淨且舒適。老屋改造之後，用的都是很講究的建材。早餐也是選用在地的食材。聽老闆娘講了他們的故事，才知道這個夢想需要多少努力的累積。十分推薦的好民宿，請來親身體驗！
