About this route
În ultimul rând, dar poate cea mai spectaculoasă locație, este chiar lângă Smida, după ce se traversează puntea peste Someșul Cald. Un traseu marcat duce în poienița unde se află niște plante speciale. Roua cerului (Drosera rotundifolia) este singura plantă carnivoră din România. Florile au niște perii acoperiți cu o substanță vâscoasă și otrăvitoare care atrag insectele. Odată prinsă, pori ide pe margine se închid, învelind insecta complet în substanța vâscoasă.
Pe lângă acestea, plimbarea prin pădure este plăcută, deși are o urcare mai abruptă. Traseul se încheie unde a început.
