The M9 bridge in Szekszárd is cycleable, with a first-class bike path running along the embankment to Baja. Unfortunately, Google Maps does not yet recognize this. Toward Szekszárd, you can also cycle on low-traffic roads through Gemenc. It's a frequently traveled, tried and tested route that I recommend to everyone.
