CURIOSANDO DI LÀ DEL NOCE

Easy itinerary almost entirely on off-road trails with typical mountain bike features. The route goes through the woods of the lower Val di Sole between the villages of Malé and Terzolas, in areas selected for Nordic Walking itineraries.

From the hamlet of Malé (which still retains beautiful squares and the sixteenth-century loggia of S. Valentino in front of the church) descend towards the Molini area passing the Sports Center until the location "Regazzini-Tavernetta" where the paved section ends (parking). Following the signs for the climbing gym, after crossing the equipped area above the parking lot, you quickly reach the Bridge over the Rio La Val (to the right you can see the climbing gym). Continue climbing for about 50 meters, then turn left onto the steep dirt road (but with a compact surface) which, entering the dense fir forest, descends towards S. Biagio (here even in 1275 the famous "mercà - market - del Bosco" was held) – Tovare. Passed the ancient workshop called "calcara" (a rudimentary kiln to make lime by "baking stones") the route, with some ups and downs, meets a comfortable dirt road that climbs from the locality "Molini di Terzolas" (km 4). (These workshops are already mentioned in 1500). You follow it downhill, passing the beautiful farms "Tovare", whose name derives from the tuff stones used to build the vaults, until you reach the cycling path that leads back to Malè in the Molini area.
