About this route
From Caramanico Terme, going up towards Sant'Eufemia, then Roccacaramanico and from there take the trail marked as MTB 9 but in reality the Q7 Pedemontana, arrive at Salle and then return to Caramanico Terme. Terrible experience, route with a terrain full of stones, exposed in certain stretches, endless insects, horse droppings all along the route, numerous landslides, several stretches on foot. Absolutely do not do it alone also because of the possibility of encountering animals.....
