Da Caramanico Terme, salendo verso Sant'Eufemia, poi Roccacaramanico e da qui imboccare il sentiero marcato come MTB 9 ma in realtà il Q7 Pedemontana, arrivare a Salle e poi ritorno a Carmanico Terme. Esperienza pessima, percorso con fondo pieno di pietre, esèposto in certi tratti, insetti a non finire, escrementi di cavalli su tutto il percorso, numerose frane, parecchi tratti a piedi. Da non fare da soli assolutamente anche per la possibilità di incontrare animali.....
