My North Sea Cycle Route - Norway

My Northe Sea Cycle route. This is just a draft of the actual route we rode on August 2009 -part of it was off road paths not always easy to track here.

 

In Leirvik we diverted from the NSCR (or route n°1) to coast the Hardangefjord and then climb up to the Hardangervidda plate.

From Haugastol to Flam we followed the Rallarvegen route (new brakes required!).

Lot's of ferryboats part of the itinerary.

 

Total km were about 1450, boat trasfer excluded, including detours, wrong ways, zigzagged tracks, go-and-back from points of interest to campsites/hotels.
