2017-09-19 Ucraina: Satu Mare- Halmeu- Beregove

First day of adventure in Ukraine. In Satu Mare I stayed with Sorin, a warmshowers user, who recently returned from a tour in the Caucasus and the Middle East, so we had a lot to talk about.

It should be noted that only vehicles and trucks can pass through the Halmeu border. In my case, I waited until a driver came along willing to take me in their car.

The road was generally good, although the asphalt in Ukraine is more uneven, but the drivers there respect cyclists more.

I took a break in Beregove to visit the city and eat at the Symbol restaurant. In the evening, I camped in a field next to a forest.
