Naturpark Saar-Hunsrück-Tour

My starting point is Tiefenstein. Right away, a slight ascent towards Hettenrodt brings warmth to the legs. In Hettenrodt, a steep ascent of 200m awaits. Over Siesbach, Leisel, and Schwollen, short descents and medium inclines alternate. In Schwollen, you can ride the so-called Sprudelstraße, which leads to L 269. Here, a few meters of elevation need to be gained up to Hütgeswasen. A beautiful descent down to Börfink provides a respite before a steep climb of over 2km. Then, we follow the contour line below the Erbeskopf up to L 164. Opposite the descent to Hoxel, turn right onto an asphalted forest path leading to Sensweiler. Through Bruchweiler, Kempfeld, we reach the Weiden bridge, where a steep climb of about 500m awaits. Via Herborn, the loop returns to Tiefenstein.
