Alternative route from Lago del Cavone to Corno, reaching Lago Scaffaiolo to then return to Cavone. The route starts at Lago del Cavone, climbs up the right side of Corno (right side of the pond) to reach the first ski station. Then it proceeds towards the ridge and climbs up to the cross. From here it proceeds towards Lago Scaffaiolo (where the hut is). From here it descends the opposite side of the ridge to return to the pond.
