01b Senda Verde

Circular route, ideal for beginners in the world of MTB, allowing for a pleasant ride along the Ebro River and offering possibilities to connect with the GR-99 path and with Route 9 of the BTT Center Moncalvillo, Pasada de los Blancos.

The route starts at the chapel of Cristo and continues northward, coinciding with the pedestrian walkway known as Senda Verde. It crosses a fence, which prohibits motor vehicle access, and continues perpendicular to the Ebro through an area with magnificent views. Upon reaching the tunnel under the railway, we have the option to return to Fuenmayor or cross that tunnel to continue on the Variante 1B (2.83 km).

This option runs along the river towards El Cortijo, until it reconnects with Route 9.

During the route, we may encounter pedestrians, who, let’s remember, have priority.
