Off-road cycleway paths from Dunc Gray Velodrome to Prospect Canal Dam entrance via Landsdowne, Liverpool Rail Trail and Prospect Canal Cycleway.

During Dam opening hours, it's possible to go further through the Dam grounds to the Western Sydney Park lands and M7.

Suitable for children. Hills at Flinders Slope might challenge a beginner.

If you are keen to stay off-road, continue North along the Prospect Creek cycleway. It's slightly longer, but safer for road-nervous cyclists. The road route shown is a quiet local road with ample shoulders.
