Le Manie - Toirano - Le Manie

The starting point is Camping San Martino in Le Manie (Finale Ligure). To warm up, the route descends through switchbacks down to Sportono and follows the coastal road around the scenic Capo Noli up past Loano. Turning inland, the climb begins, initially moderate, but the challenge really starts at Toirano. After nearly 800 meters of elevation gain, there is a short recovery phase before the final ascent from Calizzano up to Passo Melongo. The descent to Finale Ligure offers almost perfect asphalt, little traffic, and stunning views. The final climb back up to Le Manie is the cherry on top.
