Take St. Clair west to Fairview.

Take a right on Fairview and head north to Summit in the bike lane.

Take a left onto Summit, and head west in the bike lane to East River Pkwy.

Turn right onto Mississippi River Blvd and take that up the hill to where the road forks.

Veer to the left, and cross the street to get to  Exeter.  Take a quick left onto Otis.

Take Otis as it winds downhill to Marshall.  (Note: there are speed bumps but they are bike-friendly).

Take a left onto Marshall and follow it over the bridge.

Once on the west side of the bridge, take a right onto W River Pkwy.  Continue on W River Pkwy until you reach 11th Avenue, where you take a left and take the bikelane to 5th St (Just past the Metrodome).  Take a right onto 5th St. (note, 5th St does not have a bike lane but the traffic is usually navigable).
