苗鄉道12全長約17km,始於後龍鎮,終於頭屋鄉,沿途有田野景觀亦有山林風情,沿途多為單線道,會車雖不致困難,但至山區路段,開車族須小心,起伏不大,對單車族應是不錯的選擇,,參閱圖片說明之左右方向請注意我們的方向是由終點騎到起點(東向西)
