Die Strecke von 46 Kilometer mit ca. 240 Höhenmeter starten am Mühlenmuseum und führt über Triangel, Wilsche,Neubokel zurück über Gifhorn zum Ausgangspunkt. In der Strecke sind neben vielen Wiesenwegen und Pfaden etwa 17 Kilometer Trailanteil mit eingepflochten. Wenn Aspaltwege genutzt werden nur Nebenwege ohne viel Autoverkehr und Hauptstrassen werden nur gekreuzt oder kurz Radwege genutzt. Die Strecke bietet neben den schönen Trails auch z.T. etwas technische Passagen berghoch und bergab. Man findet auf der Strecke viele Seen; Mühlensee, Maikampsee, Heidesee, Waldsee und kreuzt oft die Aller und fährt auf Singletrails am Allerkanal entlang
