Niederfüllbach-Itzquelle-Niederfüllbach

The starting point is the EDEKA large parking lot in Niederfüllbach. Here you can park your car. From here, we go always north through Coburg and Rödental through the Froschgrund into southern Thuringia to the foot of the Blessberg. Here our local river begins: the Itz. To those who still have energy, I recommend the climb to the summit of the Blessberg (caution, it's strenuous!). This is about 8 km from the source of the Itz in a partially steep mountain loop. The way back leads us through the Lautertal over the long hills through Coburg Finkenau and Creidlitz back to Niederfüllbach.
