Von Tisis durchs Motafon und Verwall zum Spullersee

From Tisis, the asphalted bike path follows the Ill River, passing through Frastanz and Nenzing to reach Bludenz. In Bludenz, you have to diverge onto the bike path to Montafon, which you follow until Partenen. Up to the second bend, you ride on the Silvretta High Alpine Road. Turn onto the service road towards Verbella Alpe, a steep ascent to the Alpe (a break never hurts). From the Alpe, you go to the Heilbronner Hütte. Now follows a singletrail that descends very steeply at the end, but then turns back into a service road. In the shadow of the Patriol, you go through the beautiful Verwall to St. Anton a.A. From St. Anton, you go over the Arlberg Pass to Langen am Arlberg, after the train station turn right onto the gravel road toward Spullersee. After about 1.5 km, only a steep hiking trail leads to the lake.
