A ride on dirt roads along the river and through the bandit's cave reserve, famous for the remains of cave bears. From Tetto Bandito, you climb on asphalt along a dedicated lane, but not protected, up to Roaschia. A town of milk sheep and transhumant shepherds, known for the Dragonera spring and the Tajarin, traditional Piedmontese tagliatelle. Return via the paved road.
