From the Terme, the military road ascends under the crowns of ancient beech trees and crosses the mixed forest of Valletta, among the most precious ecosystems of the Marittime. A little demanding ride where it is easy to see animals, admire the impressive rock face of Argentera, the steep slopes of Monte Matto, and a slice of the French sky, just behind the ridges.
