03 - ITINERARIO NATURALISTICO / RADTOUR ZUR ERKUNDUNG DER NATURSCHUTZGEBIETE / DISCOVERY ROUTE AMONG NATURE RESERVES: Valle Cavanata - Isola della Cona

Cycling along the FVG2 cycle path you reach the Valle Cavanata Natural Reserve, a route that is also suitable for families with children; you continue along the coast to the fishing village of Punta Sdobba with the possibility of a suggestive break at the restaurant - observatory Caneo and then, along small roads immersed in the countryside of Fossalon, you reach the Cona Island and the Foce dell'Isonzo Natural Reserve. The route is the same for the return journey as well. Each cyclist rides under his or her own responsibility and at his or her own risk. SUGGESTED DAY/PERIOD OF THE YEAR: autumn and spring for birdwatching.
