Collepardo-Casamari-Arpino-Roccasecca

Another stage of the 'Cammino di San Benedetto'. Other stages with Gpsies which, in this case, are not only to track the route that, before arriving at Roccasecca, passes along the Tracciolino road, a beautiful route along the Melfa gorges. On this road, there are safety signs due to risk, but the road is passable and has become a sort of cycle-pedestrian path.

From Collepardo, you climb up to the Trisulti Abbey, then reach Civita, Scifelli, the Casamari Abbey, Isola Liri, and finally Arpino. From Arpino, you ascend to the Acropolis of Civitavecchia, then, passing through Casalvieri and the Melfa gorges, you reach Roccasecca.
