Šojkina staza

Riding through this Podravina region, you will experience the beauty of the Bilogora hills and the Drava River, located in the transboundary UNESCO biosphere reserve Mura-Drava-Danube. Traveling through Bilogora, you will pass through a winemaking area where you should not refuse a glass of good wine from the cheerful people of Podravina. Crossing the Drava River via the suspension bridge or by ferry is the only way to reach the peninsula where the small isolated settlement of Križnica and its namesake recreational area are located. On the Šojkina trail, you can taste numerous delicacies of the Podravina region in one of the restaurants, which you definitely should not miss. Near the bridge to Križnica, there is a cyclist rest area and a bicycle service station.
