Pendling - Kufsteins Hausberg

The route starts with a nice forest track into the woods. After about one kilometer, it becomes very steep and the ground is loose. This section is very difficult, and pushing your bike is a good strategy. This stretch is about 5-600 meters long. Afterwards, it's a proper forest track. So don't despair, it gets easier. Importantly, there is a parallel hiking trail to the Pendling marked alongside, which is suitable only for downhill pros. You should ride up on the forest track :-). Up to the Kalaralm, the route steadily climbs with a solid gradient but with good rideable terrain. Here, endurance is key. From the Kalaralm to the mountain hut (summit), it becomes gentler, with short less steep sections. The view from the summit makes it all worthwhile. Simply magnificent!!!
