Llanelli Ferryside Llansaint Llanelli

Leave Llanelli on the cycle track to Pinged then a B road towards the Llanelli/Kidwelly Road where you cross and cycle to Kidwelly on the designated route. Cycle to Ferryside on a quiet coastal road with one shortish steep section passing the church of Saint Isfael not far from Ferryside. You can stop at the cafe in Ferryside if you wish and then head on towards Carmarthen cycling up the longish hill to the top and turning right for Llansaint. You could have a meal at the King's Arms  but make sure you book in advance. Head back down a side road to meet the road that brought you to this spot and head back to Llaneli the same way as you came.  Nice scenery and a fairly challenging ride but you could skip going to Llansaint and head back from Ferryside to Llanelli  for a far easier, scenic, coastal ride.
