Abfahrt + Ankunft: Bad Zell, Info-Büro beim Hotel Lebensquell.

Durch die Unterführung, links über den Klammbach, rechts am Blumengeschäft den Weg hinauf. Vom norwestlichen Ortsende zum Riegelhoferteich und weiter nach Tragwein. Über verschiedenste Untergründe durch den Wald über den gesamten Hennberg und schließlich auf Asphalt über Brawinkel zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
