Dunaújváros - Bokodi-tó - Dunaújváros

Route to the Bokodi Lake: Dunaújváros, Szabadegyháza, Seregélyes, Dinnyés, Pákodz, Székesfehérvár, Zámoly, Gánt, Oroszlány, Bokodi Lake. The road is fully paved, mostly on a bike path, except for a short section in Székesfehérvár where you need to ride on road 7 until the turnoff to Zámoly. Here the road begins to rise; after Gánt you have to climb the Vértes mountain. We roll towards Oroszlány on the other side of the mountain. If coming from Zámoly, there will be a road on the left leading to the Oroszlány mining museum. You need to take this road to reach the lake. In the village, we almost roll down to the lake. It's worth a look; it's a special sight with so many fishing houses by the lake. Return trip: Bokodi Lake, we continue rolling towards Csákvár before Gánt. Approaching Lovasberény, the road rises, then comes the Nadap hill which is quite steep! Once we reach the top of the hill, we roll all the way to Velence. Then, Pusztaszabolcs, Adony where there are also some climbs. We can cycle on the main road 62 to Dunaújváros. Beautiful and good ride. There are hills but beautiful landscapes. It’s worth climbing.
