Von St. Peter-Ording fßhrt die Tour am Deich entlang, auf dem etliche Schafe grasen, weshalb man mehrere Weidetore passieren und manchmal das eine oder andere Tier vom Radweg vertreiben muss. Der Radweg wechselt von der Land- auf die Seeseite des Deichs, bietet Blicke auf weitläufiges Watt, Salzwiesen und den Westerhever Leuchtturm, die Besteigung erfordert eine vorherige Anmeldung (04865-12 06). Von Westerhever gelangt man ins bäuerlich geprägte Innere Eiderstedts. Nach Besuchen schmucker Friesenstädtchen wie Garding und Tating endet die Runde in St. Peter-Ording.
